Mandee Woods is a Canadian recording artist, producer, mixing engineer and song writer.
When Mandee first performed at the young age of 12, she felt then and there that being on a stage was being home. She pours her heart into every song at every performance—be it on a big stage or in an intimate setting.
Woods has been involved in many musically-related projects in her career. With the help of Roy Nichol(drummer for "April Wine") and other talented musicians,Mandee released a great first EP called, Transformation; in 2014
Since then, the buzz about Mandee has greatly increased. Her song How Do You Know hit the #1 spot on the "Indie Cut Countdown" three weeks in a row. Along with some great radio interviews, terrific reviews and feedback, and a heavy online radio rotation,Mandee is making her mark on the music scene.Through social media and news articles, Woods has created quite a buzz in her community and, as a result, was recently nominated there for "Artist of the Year."
Currently Mandee is releasing a new single titled "Where I Belong" May 1, 2020. After a long break from music she is now ready to introduce her new songs.
Her new single and future album "Where I Belong" has all been written and produced by herself. Mandee has spent the last few years learning the craft of production, mixing and mastering. Woods has always had the ear to produce , but never took the plunge. She is now doing it all on her own, and plans to release more and more music from her home studio.
